The District Planning Officer (DPO) is the system administrator and the competent authority for user creation.
Users can log in to the geoportal using their Sevarth ID. Authentication is carried out through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to the registered mobile number.
It is hereby instructed that, with effect from 15 August 2025, administrative approvals for works shall be issued only after UID generation on the portal. Asset owner creates the assets and UID.
Further, after 15 October 2025, the Head of Department (HOD) shall validate the data uploaded on the portal.
This system will help in avoiding duplication of works.
