5.0 Health & Safety Hazards

6.0 Responsibilities

6.1 Project Engineer

  • Ensure all PCC works are executed strictly in accordance with approved specifications and drawings[cite: 1].

6.2 Site Engineer

7.0 Procedure / Method to be Employed

7.1 Site Preparation & Layout Check

7.2 Concrete Mix & Proportioning

  • Nominal Mix: Use 1:2:4 (Cement : Sand : Coarse Aggregate) by volume when specified[cite: 1].
  • Compressive Strength: Standard 1:2:4 nominal mix concrete must achieve a minimum 7-day compressive strength of 140 kg/cm²[cite: 1].

7.3 Concrete Mixing
