This portal allows engineering teams, contractors, and project managers to submit proposals for missing items or updates to the Standard Schedule of Rates (SSR). Submitted items are saved directly to the central database and reviewed during periodic schedule revisions.

Step-by-Step Submission Process

1. Fill Required Fields: Complete all input fields. Fields marked with red borders or HTML validation are required.
2. Submit Form: Click Save Information. The button will display a "Saving..." spinner state while the network request is processed.
3. Confirmation: Upon completion, a green banner reading "Suggestion submitted successfully!" will appear, and the form will reset automatically.
4. Verify Entry: Scroll to the embedded dashboard view directly below the form to confirm your new entry appears in the live log.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

• Red Banner / Network Failure: Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, the backend Google Apps Script service may be undergoing maintenance.
• Dashboard Not Updating: The embedded dashboard refreshes automatically on submission. If your entry is not visible immediately, wait 5 seconds and scroll down to trigger an internal table redraw.
• Duplicate Submissions: To edit a previously submitted entry, contact the SSR Administration Team with your Suggester Name and Timestamp. Do not re-submit duplicate items.
